Covina Mold and Water Damage to a Structure

This mold infestation was very extensive due to standing water in this vacant rental unit. Our Covina client realized that the water in other areas of the structure needed immediate attention to limit secondary water damage. Our demolition crew tore up this wall and discarded the contaminated drywall according to codes and regulations. We applied an antifungal spray and then sealed the wall cavity with poly and painter's tape. After extracting the remaining water from the unit, the following day we were able to close up the wall.
